Ribh's D'Coopage

The reason I ask is I'm trying to find out if if left footed chickens also have the eye functions reversed. There is a left footer two farms down from me which I treated for an injury last year and she seemed to have her eye function reversed.:)
Sorry, boring stuff. Lovely pictures btw.:)

New phone. Takes great photos! :)
It never occurred to me that chooks could be right or left footed. Now I am intrigued & will watch for it.

Hello everyone :frow Hope all is going well. Work is keeping me busy as today was the first day with the children :( lots of little's that have never been away from family, so lots of crying. I love reading about your adventures and all. We get to have fun processing some birds on our long weekend coming up-can we say fun, not really.
Still in recovery mode with this wretched cold. It's nice to have you stop in & visit. I guess it makes a change from crying littlies...;)

I went to lock up my girls at the tail end of dusk. Tsuki and Deana were together in their old coop, Alice and Edwina were together in their new coop and... Pepper was 8 feet up in the bay tree :th

Had to get a ladder and the youngest offspring to get her down. She is now settled in with Alice and Edwina .:)

I was playing around with my camera some more last night. I'm just thrilled with the photos this takes.

This is BG. She/He is the chick from my Memorial Day hatch. Mom is Lacey, my mille fleur d'uccle and Dad is my Blue Splash Silkie Roo, Thunder.

I'm thinking BG is going to be a boy. I will keep him as long as Thunder doesn't object.

My daily egg count is increasing again since the chook have daily access to the run now.
