Ribh's D'Coopage

We are in the rug club! I can just imagine us all snuggled up in our rugs as we reply to Ribh's thread, :love.

So beautiful, so cuddly! :love:love

We have 3 dogs, 3 Cats and five chickens :D. The cats and the chickens pick on the dogs. The cats and dogs are all rescues of one sort or another.

I'm not going to heaven unless I can have all my pets past and present (and future), but can I be your neighbour Ribh and play with your cheetah? :highfive:
oooH Another lunatic!:wee:yesss::highfive:

I will tell you a peculiar story ~ really peculiar. I had, by default because he was supposed to belong to one of my sons but he went to sea & this cat decided I was his person, the most wonderful cat. The *once in a lifetime* sort of cat. I adore cats but this guy was something special. I lost him suddenly & unexpectedly to a blot clot when he was just 5. Devastated doesn't even begin to describe how I felt. I was heart broken. Inconsolable. I missed him terribly & I was having a prayer rant because I loved him & he shouldn't have died so young ~ & I was shown my cat & our 1st family cat, a cream ginger point 1/2 siamese, twining in & out of the Lord's feet completely @ home, so I know our special animals know & love Him too & will be there waiting for us.

The cat's name was Issi. My son was horrified. He'd chosen a very manly Russian name but Issi is what my girls & I shortened it to.:lau Anyway he had this habit of pushing his whole face into my hand so all his scent glands would rub my hand @ once ~ something most cats hate. The man was upset I was so upset & sent me out to get another couple of cats ~ our present 2 ~ & everyone who knew Issi comments how like him in quite bizarre ways our Kirby is. He too likes pushing his whole face into my hand, amongst other oddities: growling like a bull mastiff @ people he thinks I don't like; rushing to put his body between me & any perceived threat...Our animals ain't dumb.

Here we go... So sorry for spamming you all with the pics. I love it! Thank you so much Jeannie :hugs

Yesterday was a mainland day: we took my friend in to Brissie airport. Today was a mainland day: Dr; chook food; Bunnings; wool..& nearly 2 hours of cuddling a baby! *sigh* I think I am in love. Such a snuggly buggly. And I made mum very, very happy. Apparently bubs had been windy & hadn't pooped in several days. Worried new mum. I cuddled & burped & winded & just after we left mum was rewarded with what she described as a *mustard explosion*! :lau:lau:lau

And I didn't have to clean that one up!:yesss:
