Our cat, Belle, is a Persian cross but she won't sit still for brushing. So, in spring she takes a trip to the vet and gets shorn like a sheep.

I thought you good people might enjoy her "snow bunny" look with her fluffy boots, head and tail.

Adorable! I love the feel of their fat little tight bodies and velvety soft fuzz when they are shaved! I’ve shaved mine for years...but I’ve never shaved Pippin... I feel he just doesn’t need it.. I also do it myself

.This is kind of fall.... bouncing between 10C in the morning and 38C in the afternoon. It's crazy. But nonetheless Good morning and thank you again for such a beautiful rug.

So crazy! Still 95 during the day here and not a lick of rain!! Which is really weird because we practically live in a rain forest! I put the sprinkler on in the gals yard and they actually stayed in the “rain” all day! I think they are even longing for the wet stuff...

6'3" is very good Bob. I always liked tall men.

Last one I went out with was 6'7", I was probably still 5' tall then. We attracted a lot of attention. Even though we knew each other for years - he decided he had to get a girlfriend 6' tall. The internet made it easy for him to find one.

Oh dear. I don't know whether to laugh or cry. My boys would be mortified if I did that to them ~ & in summer they would be so much cooler shorn...

It's her own fault. If she'd let me brush her for more than 10 seconds at a time maybe she wouldn't get mats!

I went out to fill the 5L water tub ~ bone dry which almost never happens [there is another one & it was almost full]~ & all the girls rushed over to investigate & stand in the spray from the hose! It's not hot. Including these 2, who rushed downstairs before returning to their squabble. Three empty nesting boxes & Luna stood there whinging @ Hepzibah to let her in. Hepzibah wasn't having any of it!

My 5 girls have 4 separate watering spots but it's always the same bowl that empties first. Maybe the water tastes better there?
