Pebbles & Lottie are both up & foraging, bright~eyed & bushy~tailed. Any explorative up Lottie's butt will have to wait till I get back from the mainland.

If she seems well you can always wait a little on a finger check... just remember they manage to lay eggs, so long as you have some lubricant no sharp fingernails and are gentle, you shouldn’t be risking any injury to her, well other than her pride that is! I’ve heard the personal lubricants from the family planning aisle is the best thing to use as they are waterbased, but we don’t have a pharmacy handy here so I just used petroleum jelly.

Petroleum jelly was what I had in mind. I know I can get my hands on that on the island & no nasty perfumes.

Feeling blessed this morning.
Most of my state has been sweltering @ 100F with no humidity ~ almost unheard of for this time of year. We have been nowhere near that & the sea breeze is still nice & cool. Over 50 fires are burning across 2 states & we have a complete fire ban right across Queensland. Feeling for everyone affected ~ especially those with animals to move.​
