All good here thanks Bob. My Sunday is just finishing.
The younger 3 chooks had about 45 minutes free ranging this evening ( the 2 older girls had already gone to roost). When I checked on the youngsters they were all on the same perch!
This is a first as far as I know. Poor Pepper, being the new arrival, has always been on her own on the back perch but tonight she tucked herself in between Alice and Edwina which was lovely to see

I really have to do something about the state of my house.

I've been saying that since last Christmas.
It seems like I've had non stop feathered guests all year.
I brush and mop the floor nightly but the walls need a wash. I've got blood spatters from swatting mosquitoes.

I guess they do! Mine wanted out today until the realized it was raining. Then they went back in. Of course just like children it was in and out, in and out.

Yes, she is safe. What's apping with her but obviously she can't go anywhere. She is due for furlough in a few weeks so hopfully things will have stabilised by then.
