That looks absolutely awesome, Bob! I don't do mine in a proper trifle bowl ~ just the biggest tub I can find! We will be eating trifle for some days yet...Is that meringue on top? Yum! And did everybody like it?

Definitely granddaughter approved, the rest of us were so stuffed we didn't get to try it. So we sent most of it home with the kids. I enjoyed it as well.

The Lotus is 1/2 open. Even though I'm not usually a fan of pink I think this is a stunning colour.

It was enormous. They often show up over that particular point but not like that!
