Mine as well. I know a bit about the breeds here, a bit about a few of the more unusual breeds, but apart from that, not only don't I know, I'm not really interested.
There are some traits that can be attributed to a particular breed but behavior which is what I'm most interested in, I believe is determined largely by treatment and conditions.
I can't keep up with how the Americans X breed everything. I know a little about the breeds I'm interested in. Some I can't get out here but I still like reading about them.

Which we told them would happen.... After such a long dry they now have a very real problem!

The next door lot on one side are incredibly weird. They throw money around but the end result just looks like an expensive mess & they seem to be jealous of stuff we do. They keep mentioning they want an elkhorn like mine ~ which took 30 years to grow!! They're not prepared to wait 30 years.
They got ducks because we had chickens & they wanted eggs. They got muscovies which are a meat bird & then complained when the duck molted & stopped laying. They talked about getting bees when we got our hive...took out all their bush then complained they had no birds visiting. I tried. I really did but some people just can't learn it seems.
