Ribh's D'Coopage

I'm sorry CCCL. :hugs I have terrible trouble coming up with names or remembering which intake is which. If I have a theme it is helpful. I know all those ladies belong together & I had quite a lot this time. Last time it was Gaelic queens ~ but I don't have a lot of choices left & the spelling so often does for me. :lau

I totally agree with the naming theme, I greatly enjoyed the names, I just was clueless as to the story surrounding them.

Ah, well. That is probably true of my last theme as well so it hardly matters.

My littlies have all retreated to the coop ~ thankfully. At least they are dry there. The big girls are under their coop but it is wet & they don't look happy.
I'm so glad they went in on their own...that will make your life much easier! Poor girls, my flock has gotten wet a few times now, I don't think they enjoy it very much either!

lol That is so funny. I'm not so much a fan of the GLWs but the man is. She was bought to appease him. He's getting tired of my B&W theme! :lau Portia was my choice. Not only a SLW but frizzled to boot. She is gorgeous! The Vorwerks were also bought for him. All 3 look like being good choices. My biggest concern was getting a very domineering personality that would upset my flock dynamics but I think we have avoided that. :D
Which were you expecting to have a domineering personality? The Wyandottes? I think I read that, too. However, I have two and both are pretty easy going. Lucky is one of my best lap sitters!

Yes. Both @BY Bob & @WhoDatChick have had issues with a GLW but I've had 3 WBs & never anything but super sweet so I did think it might be a breed difference between here & America. Gloriana actually seems especially timid & though Portia started off looking like she'd be number 1 I think she's had to cede that position to Titania ~ one of the bantam frizzles, & the 2nd spot seems to have gone to Ceres, the splash Japanese bantam. The Vorwerks seem to be keeping themselves to themselves & everyone else is pretty mellow.

So funny that Titania is the top hen. She is so tiny!
