Thank you both kids scolded me and Bob when we finally got home.

I hope Bob has it right and it's a fracture rather than a break. Havig broken a few bones now you have my sympathy. Get well soon.

KICKED OUT OF HOME.
I gave the little girls 2 runs today: 1 this morning before I let the big girls out ~ & didn't they scream about that! And another after I put the Big Girls in for their dinner.

This afternoon went really, really well. Gloriana, Portia & Regan have been out every time & were excited to be allowed out again. They led the way.


Olivia & Ceres got stuck in the coop & were getting pretty frantic because their tribe was out & they weren't. I managed to round them up & handling them was pleased to feel how much weight & condition they've put on! They feel really, really healthy!

Sorry this one's so blurry but they were so excited & moving so fast!

This morning they barely managed 10 minutes but we did about 1/2 an hour this afternoon just before I changed their feed & water.

They were ready to head back into the coop by then & have a big pig & settle down. They didn't even explore the whole run yet so that is good too. There is still something for tomorrow. Little by little. In so many ways they are still babies.

Sue had a fall yesterday, scared me to death and ended up with a fractured wrist.

Oh no Bob. What was she doing? How is she holding up?

I agree!! I had just finished collecting eggs and was starting up the stairs and my right knee gave out and I went down .I put my left hand out to break my fall and fractured it. Bob had just came out for a smoke break and saw the whole thing. I think I scared him to death

On the plus side, the last time Mrs BY Bob fell on the steps it required a knee replacement. At least that did not happen to you.

Ouch! Are you right handed? Did the folks at the hospital take a look at your knee? You don't want it collapsing again and causing more falls.

My mum fractured an ankle a while ago & her physio told her she'd have done better to break it; breaks heal faster. I hope that's not true for you & you mend quickly.
