She looks like a dilute version of Lacey. She's a beauty!!❤

Lacey is probably close to 4 or 5 years old and every year she gets more white spots.

They should. This is her adult feathering though Shad seems to think she might have 1 more moult. I'm not even sure what one calls this. I don't think it can rightly be called splash but I could be wrong. Whatever it is, it is very pretty.
