Now there are 2!!

This one appears to be solid black. I actually took video of the birth, 5 minutes start to finish. She's have more contractions now, her belly is still very round and solid, so at least 1 more is in there.

They're sweet!! No gingers yet. Have I remembered that correctly? Was it a ginger Tom you mentioned?

She looks tired. I hope the next one comes easily for her.

We have 3!!

She had the 3rd within a hour of the 2nd. This one looks to be black as well. No gingers, you remembered correctly @MaryJanet .

Not the best picture, but thr newest kitten is by her tail. I checked on them a few minutes ago and all 3 babies are nursing and Peaches is sleeping.

I'm pleased you got it. Tracking said it had been delivered then when I hadn't heard from you I worried I'd offended you or it had somehow got lost. Yeah, ok, we all know logic isn't my strong suit. I know you won't need it now but I hope it blesses you when the cooler weather arrives. How is the Etsy shop coming along? We are all waiting anxiously for the link.

I’m spending my day attempting to get the leaf litter off the top of my coop because it’s got a vine growing on it as well as years worth of leaf litter which is tearing holes in my coop roof

Well, whatever you do folks, don't have a hospital emergency during Covid. The man took a tumble in the wet yesterday & opened up old spinal fractures & the ambos took him off the island about lunch time. About 4pm I tried ringing the hospital. No record of him so I tried the 2 big city ones. Nope. About 7pm he was admitted into emergency but it was another several hours before he's been scanned, exrayed, medicated & put into a short stay bed. He said the ambos were waiting 12 deep because covid restrictions meant they had to wait till someone left before anyone else could be admitted ~ roughly 1 every hour or so. Insanity. One of my lads picked him up this morning & put him on a boat home, tired & sore but relatively unscathed.

That is terrible. I know we have COVID but that’s no reason for sloppy care for other patients. I hope he is feeling better.
