Good evening folks

It’s cancer. So we are going to do everything we can but at the end of the day it’s quality over quantity. Cancer feeds off sugar so we are removing all sugars from his diet in the hopes it’ll starve, it works. My dad’s friend’s wife had cancer and she removed every sugar from her diet and it disappeared. As you can imagine it’s devastating and awful but I think he will live. He survived getting kicked to the head for goodness sake he can survive this

I'm really hoping they can find an effective treatment for him.

It's a cold old sunrise this morning. The lads arrived for tea last night [& yes I now have another pile of stuff that doesn't belong to us! ] & left early this morning to drop their net on the top of the tide. I had hopes of coming downstairs to a warm house & cheerily blazing fire but nope. Not this morning. They must have left pretty much as soon as they got up. I don't envy them. Their boat was banging about in the mangroves last night & though the wind dropped out early this morning it's picking up again now. My girls will be looking for any ray of sunshine they can find.​

The weather here has been really weird today.
Started off with sunshine and blue skies so we took the dogs for a walk. Fine rain started falling from a clear sky. There was a nice rainbow (but I didn't have my phone with me, sorry guys). We made it home before it got heavier.

It's been alternating sunshine and heavy cloud with wind and rain all day. I think it knows that I want to hang out my washing.

I think she feels the heat more than most of my girls do. Even in the dead of winter she will roost with her wings slightly spread.
