Ribh's D'Coopage

Dogs will do the same thing. I had a poodle that would jump up on my bed every night & steal my favorite pillow. He would lay dead still on it and the only thing that would move were his eyes as he watched me closely...will she make me move this time...I had at least 5 pillows on my bed, but he wanted my favorite one...:gig
Poodles are super smart ~ but those I have known have tended to be really neurotic. One of the few dog breeds I actually like.

Oops. Given mine are males too you'd think I would have used the male gender. :idunnoIts the chickens that are all shes. :gig
In the cats I have two of each. I confess I find the boys less complicated. They seem to just want love. The girls have much stronger views on territory which makes life complicated sometimes.

My boys are complicated & neurotic & to add petrol to their fire they are bonded brothers. 🙄 Initially they divided the house so everything was Marlows except the man's workroom because Marlow has always been really needy. Then we renovated & Kirby got banned from the workroom. He's actually the more dominant cat but tends to defer to his needy brother but when he decides enough is enough the ensuring war is fraught. I became their battleground. Last night I woke to Marlow draped over my arm , his nose in my armpit, while Kirby was snuggled on my chest, nose to nose with me! 😲
