We get sea mist once or twice a year and it feels magical. Everything is quieter, the light is softer, the wind is still. I love it. How often do you get a misty morning Ribh?

Fairly often in winter; not so much in the summer months. It's lingering this morning & still hasn't completely lifted.

That's a funny feeling, when you open your eyes and what the... Could you get any closer??

I wonder if you're the warmest spot in the house. My old cat used to wake me up through the night until I got her a plug in cat bed. Ten years and three cats later (I usually adopt old cats) and it's Blossom's turn to spend her time lolling on the hot bed, belly to the ceiling to cool off a little

Beside the fire is the warmest spot in the house. I think it's more: Feeling loney? Go wake mamma up. They do it summer or winter so it's not a temperature thing. Marlow feels the need to be in physical contact. He's stretched out along my leg @ present, having had his ear rubs & chin scratches.

And we just got extended to Sunday. They are complaining too many of us are still travelling ~ too many cars on the roads. We will be joining them tomorrow. Medical stuff doesn't stop. Thank goodness we have a home based business & most of this doesn't affect us. I really feel for small businesses & the food industry that just can't recoup losses.
