Good morning/evening everyone

I am late with my CATURDAY offering, but I thought I’d share this throw-back of Thomas (“Big Tom”), (left), and Moses, (right).
Both are passed on now, they both died last year. Tom was about 12-ish, he was a rescue so I was never sure. Moses was 16 and I raised him from a tiny kitten.
This picture was after Tom was with us for a week. It took Moses a while to warm up to him, but they grudgingly called a truce.

Well I certainly think so!
We have a severe weather alert starting in an hour. Hail and 50mph wind. These smart ladies are catching some rays before it starts. I can feel the temperature dropping by the minute. View attachment 2897371

It snowed in state college yesterday as I was at the Penn State game. Bitter cold. Chance of snow here on Monday! Major temperature changes coming!

She’s be like someone climbing a glacier, I imagine!

I was all cut up as I was wearing shorts and a t shirt. That was when she learned that she was too big to climb me anymore. When she was smaller she would climb right up my jeans onto my shoulders.

Is it just me or is his posture improved? He is looking more roostery to me.

Kirby got rushed to the Vet today. He was close to having a ruptured spleen. Symptoms came on suddenly over the weekend but he has responded to treatment & is doing well.
But what I wanted to share is:
My vets keep chickens!
Some of those free ranging today.

No idea. Some sort of red sex link maybe...

But I think this girl is a big beautiful Sussex.
And a rooster! I thought he was quite handsome.e & has a lovely crow.
