QUESTION FOR THE SCIENCE LOT.
Can chickens suffer from asthma?
Luna has always gurgled as she breathes but lately it seems to be a little worse & really loud.
There is no nasal discharge. She is not unwell but her breathing is loud & noisy.

I don't know about asthma but they do get water in their lungs and small blockages that can cause gurgling noises, not to mention all those respitatory problems.

Hey Ribh. You will be pleased to hear that I am actively discouraging the house eating Cockatoos. However I had a new visitor today.

When I called to him and held my hand up he came and landed on my fingers. Anything I should be wary of with Rainbow Lorikeets?

The trouble with cockies is they are smart. The Lorikeets are merely noisy.
