I tried putting all my clocks 10mins fast but it stopped working after a while because I knew I had an extra 10mins up my sleeve! 🙄
Things like that work for me because the moment I recall I changed the time is the same moment in which I recall why I did so. It triggers a respect for younger me's attempt to keep older me on schedule.

Im quite often late for things (such as work) as I’m one of those people who tries to stuff as many things as I can into a given timeframe. I know I do it and I can’t help myself. I’ve come to the conclusion that I’m just wired that way.
I have to lie to Mrs BY Bob about appointments by 30 minutes or else we are always 30 min late. My parents call it Rose Time. Having been to Italy, I call it Italian time.

I do try to be on time, but I’m trying to get five chores done in five minutes. :smack I think I also need the threat of being late to motivate me to move sometimes.

I'm very glad to hear that. 👍
The talks were excellent. The humanities speaker from UNSW was particularly outstanding and so was the former chief scientist. The round table less so, but still good. I was surprised how many government scientists were in attendance. On my table were one in federal government working on grains and another from Queensland government working on microbials. Fascinating. And because I use theory, qualitative and quantitative data they found my work interesting.

That sounds excellent!

I was done with travel when the pandemic started but now I'm almost ready to take it up again.
I have done a couple of long-haul trips since the pandemic started and I have to say, it isn't the same.
I used to quite like flying - the quiet time for example - and I flew enough that I had routines at the airport and in flight that made it all quite pleasurable. But somehow it just isn't the same now.
