I caught a picture of Betty falling today. There is no way she can fly with wing feathers like these.

WEDNESDAY WHEREVER.
I'm late posting because I was hoping our weather would ease & I'd be able to get out & take a snap with the girls. No such luck! So here is some crochet instead. Same pattern, different yarns. The girls are cowering round the side of the house with the crab pots & every so often I hear someone cursing the weather!

My landlord likes to spoil my chickens. She tosses her vegetable scraps over the fence for them. In return they hop her fence & go after her grasshoppers. ​
