We also get bats in our bedroom if we leave our windows open in summer at night, they're attracted with the light of the e-readers. They usually find their way out when we take all lights out.

I don't know how Mrs Bybob can be upset with Enzo, he is so cute !!! A kitten that doesn't get into mischief isn't a kitten.

Because she has to clean it up. It was "cute" the first 5 times but that seems to be her limit.

I have mine on a tray so that the spills don't wander across the floor. You can also buy silicone mats with a small rim for the purpose - but I had a tray going spare so I just use that.
One of mine likes to wash their toys in the water (or are they drowning their prey?). Then others come and fish the toys out. So there is plenty of water slopping around!

It was Yorkshire Proper Strong with milk which had gone cold and been tipped on the ground. I think the mud factor was a huge attraction.

OMG!!!

I enjoy watching bats catch insects on our property and my daughter and I put together a bat house for them, but I would not be a happy camper to wake up to a bat flying around my bedroom!! You sound so nonchalant about it!!!

Thank you! I try to take photos of the ladies every now and then, as I really enjoy looking back at them. My phone has many many chicken photos, a few photos of our two dogs and very few photos of humans!
