Marlow whinged for 20 minutes before deciding napping took care of all the trauma. Ash persisted for 45, then napped under protest. Every time I stopped she had another go! Kirby was as good as gold from the get go, as always, & the chookies are never any problem.
Still we are here, safe & sound. Ash & Kirby are still holed up in the pantry but Marlow has joined me on the air mattress.

Boxes arrived about 10pm last night. It was a very late night. In all the kerfuffle I thought I'd lost Kirby but he was hiding under the pillow behind the air bed.

I hope it all goes well. Moving is a pain. I already hate assembling furniture and unpacking boxes, and looking at boxes.

Ensure you keep all boxes for your cats and as indoor nesting boxes.
