The new girls out & about yesterday.
only Nyx got picked on, once by Chavi & once by India. Otherwise a seamless integration though the newbies are hanging together in their own little sub-group.

I suspect the tiniest one will be Mustard Seed and the largest girl Sweetpea. They are all pretty flighty.

Day 4 I went to let the girls out and there was Portia, dead as a doornail under the roost. No idea. She was perfectly fine during the day, her usual bossy, noisy, bustling self.

Had a hen who died just like you describe. People said probsbly heart attack or stroke.

. I am looking for fairy names if anyone has any.
