Ribh's D'Coopage

I realise I worded that a little clumsily. My rowing coach is the carer and she brought this little sweetie with her as she needs four-hourly feeds. She said as she never had children, she was finding midnight and 4am feeds a bit rough! 🤭
I'll say it again. You are a special person! Thanks for helping this little one out.

One day I am going to figure out why Americans et al think our wild life is cute. 🤔 Ok, I admit I have a mother wallaby with a joey in her pouch haunting my yard just now & while they are sweet I know to keep my distance. Those claws can rip you apart in no time, even the littlest ones.
It has come across to me as everything in Australia can and would like to kill humans. What I can't figure out is how you all survive day to day?

Our friend @LozzyR has many talents. Some anonymous benefactor hired her to do this charcoal drawing of Sylvie & Legertha. Check out this stunning gift I received.

I have to say that as I am raising 2 more little polish right now the timing strikes me so. I have finally been able to look back at their photos and think of our time together and then this shows up.

Whomever you are who commissioned this for me, thank you so much. It has touched my heart deeply.

I will be posting this anywhere I might find the person who did this for me, so some of you will see this post again.

CATURDAY. 😳

Honorary cat.
This is one of a family of wallabies that haunt my yard
& are the main reason I've lost most of the fruit trees I planted. They are pretty tame. Luckily my front yard is fenced or there'd be nothing left.

These two are sworn enemies but when it comes to my bed they've had to negotiate a truce.

I like it when wallabies come near houses. My friend Melissa lived in Hobart, not far from the centre and she had wallabies grazing nearby most afternoons.

They are a nuisance in a garden though. Eating all the good stuff.

The width of the cats demilitarised zone says quite a lot about how much they squabble 🤣 silly puddins.
