Recently my RIR hen has become very agressive and jumping on my 2 year old. Today she pecked the side of his face when he was playing and she was free ranging. I know she is soon to lay eggs because she is of age and getting much redder. Is she just going through chicken pms? Will she calm down after she starts to lay or should I just get rid of her? Thanks for any imput.
