Hi, so we have 2 white hens, (one is my avatar, actually) and I've been searching the web to see if they were Plymouth rocks or RIWs, I'm leaning towards rocks since RIWs are apparently pretty rare. I've also read some people say that they can only have a rose comb, or either one, so I figured I would post an article on here because I trust everyone on here probably the most when it comes to these questions lol.

Thank y'all for the replies!! I forgot to add in the original post that they have not layed yet, so I have no idea what their egg color is (I figure brown) they're 6 months old also.
 
I have RIWs, a true RIW has a rose come and a body shape much more like RIR with fluffy tails (my son calls them poodles). I am told there are some single comb RIW crosses out there but have never seen one.
