Roo? are these hackle feathers?

I am stik learning so please bare with me. I have 14 5wk old chicks. I am starting to think one is a roo. I am sure i have a few that will be roos but i am wondering about this one.

Are these hackle feathers? The pointed ones on the shoulders?

from the pics it is hard to tell. Sometime the feather on the hackle at that young age will have an almost translucent appearance. Carefully examine those very hard to see feather pattern there. (red star/sex link right?)
Looks henish to me....

I got a mixed group at 1 wk old. They are BO, EE, and BO/EE mixes. Thanks for the help. I was just curious about the hackle feathers.

I think you mean saddle feathers, and no that's not them. Hackle feathers are neck feathers. Saddle feathers hang down in front of the tail, down along the sides of the wings. Here's a pic of my rooster showing his saddle feathers. (copper colored)
