Roo or hen?

Hi there, I bought our chicken about 15 weeks ago, this one was already a week or so old when we got it. We bought it at rural king and it was labeled an "ameracauna pullet" but has recently started crowing (ish). It doesn't sound like the noise our rooster was making. kinda like a garbled "errr errr errr" Now we are wondering if it is in fact an Ameracauna, and whether it truly is a hen or roo? Can you please help me if you know?

This is definitely a rooster. Pointy saddle feathers, pointy hackle feathers, sickle tail, red comb and wattles. Not sure if it's a pure Ameracauna, but it is definitely no pullet!

X's 2! But it is a pretty good looking fellow! In order to be an Ameraucana, the bird would have to fit into certain color standards and I don't think that is one that is accepted. So he may have come from pure Ameraucana parentage and still be considered an Easter Egger because he doesn't fit the color standards for Ameraucana.

100% Easter egger like everyone is saying. Maybe it was sold as “Americana” instead of “Ameraucana”? Which is how the feed store tricked me into getting my Easter egger, Miss America.
