Roo or Not?! Black Laced Wyandotte that I’m totally in love with.

So I’m trying to be as 100% sure as possible lol I love this chicken so much & im not allowed Roosters in my area. But I am wondering if this is a rooster or not. People have told me they think it is, however now are unsure. What do you guys think?? It is a black laced Wyandotte and would love all of you opinions. It is 13 weeks old today.

Cockerel, I think. Just so much red comb and wattle growth. How long has comb and wattle been red and large like that?

We noticed it last month on May 8th. But no crowing, very gentile and loves cuddles… not hostile or aggressive with any of my other chickens… just not typical roo behavior so I’m completely confused haha

There really hasn’t been much difference in his comb and wattles in the past month. I took the below photos on May 8th. At least I feel like it hasn’t changed much but I’m not an expert.

Not all roosters are mean. There’s plenty of gentle ones.
