Roo's per hens??

Hi, I'm not sure if I posted this in the right section. But I just wanted to know if this is right. Someone told me that if you want to keep roosters you should have ten hens for each roo. Does that sound right??

One rooster is suitable and enough for 10 hens, but the best option is to keep one roo per 6-8 hens

yeah 1 will do for 10, but you can have as little as 6 with only one rooster too. You don't need to buy tons of hens because you have a roo
