Yep, with that pretty red they are definitely boys.

Also thinking cross... maybe Marans cross on the first one. What kind of comb is that second guy sporting?

I don't know the different comb types so I'm not sure how to answer that. Now that I study the pics, they probably are both Maran/Austrolorp crosses. I bought a flock that included mostly Marans and Austrolorps and a few of these cross-type birds.
