Rooster attacked by dog

Hi there. I have never been a site like this before and I am hoping you can help! My family has a rooster and several hens. Our new dog got loose and grabbed our rooster before we could stop her. We found the rooster (Sam) about 2 hours later on a bush on our property. He looked a little stooped and limping but did not have any visible bleeding. We reintroduced him to the coop (carried him) and he has been upright and walking. My husband and I are new to this and unsure if there is anything we can do to relieve any pain he is in or help me. I would so appreciate any guidance and thank you so much

Have you treated his wounds? Give him Gatorade or sugar water for the shock.
