That's great to here!Thanks for your help I'll try doing eye tests with a flashlight in 4 more days want to give him a week of healing on that eye before taking him out of the cage and letting him waddle and swim around...

I will!!I hope he does well with other ducks if he is blind in one eye...was hoping to eventually raise ducklings.

Just like how amazing he is healing they can adapt really well too, I think he’ll be fine. And if you never been in the duck forum please come and join us. He may even get his vision back too I hope so!

Wow! He looks great and everything seems to be healing up and doesn't look infected. Even if he does not regain full vision in that eye I think he will do just fine!

Glad she is better. The eye looks dry, so I would keep applying an antibiotic ointment twice a day. Is she blinking at all? The outside should continue to heal in time.

Yes he is blinking I tested that when I put the contact solution in his eye.and thanks for the tip:.)I've been puting ointment on in the morning and evening

Let lucky swim in his pond a little bit today seems to be doing well.his eye makes it a little tricky for him to see things but he seems to get around okay
