Rooster behavior

we added 5 more birds to my flock 6 mo. ago and we found out that one of the newest ones was a rooster. The three older ones are 1 yr to 5 yrs old and he is only 6 mo old and the 4 new girls are also 6 m0 old. What should I do

Okay - so this is young boy coming into the full swing of hormones, what you are seeing is pretty darn normal for a boy at that age. He wants to "sow some oats" and the girls just aren't that into him yet so they are not going to submit to him and you get a whole lot of chasing. As long as serious physical harm is not taking place (keep in mind that chicken mating, especially with a new cockerel just figuring out how to do his thing, can be a bit rough looking as the male grabs the female and mounts her) there is nothing that needs to be done. The "lay off" in the older hens is likely more related to season than stress. As he matures he will settle down and once he learns some manners the girls will be more welcoming of his advances.

somee of my hens have bite marks on their crowns and some of my hens are stressed out that is caused from my rooster

If you mean there are peck marks on their combs, that is not necessarily caused by the rooster and his mating attempts - roosters will grab the feathers on the back of a hen's head/neck - peck marks on the comb/wattles are just as likely, if not more likely, to have come from other hens as from the rooster.
What indications are you seeing that they are "stressed out"?
If you are absolutely determined to lay the blame for everything on the rooster why not just rid yourself of him and be done with it?

i don't want to get rid of him, he is a very beautiful bird, he is a Jersey Giant Black. And I have an EE that has gone broody but has not laid an egg in 2-3 mo. but she is sleeping in a box on my back patio. This is hert first tme, she is 6 yrs old

He sounds very beautiful. Maybe you could search up some ways of how to get him to be a bit nicer. Maybe you could watch the behaviour of the other hens as well. I can help you search up different ways and I can post to you about it. Do you think maybe separating them for a little while might help calm the hens down?

It might be a pecking order issue. He might be establishing his place. It does sound like its a little out of hand and if it were me I would separate them for a little while.
