Rooster fight!

Do you know how you will split the hens between the cockerels?
They're a bit young to have favorites so by breed might be a solution.
Biggest hens for your largest cockerel would be one way I would approach this if you can't split by breed.
I feel for you. One of the first fights I had to deal with was a fight to the death between Maran roosters. There was blood and snot all over the place and I really wasn't sure what I should do.

Because of stories like this I seperatex my two after one fight(no injuries) and a lot of challenging. I was in the yard catching roosters talking to my self with a few curse words--neighbors have to think I am nuts. There was no way I was spending any time breaking up fights between roosters. I gave enough to deal with, with german shepherds..

I'm lucky enough to have the time to deal with rooster fights. This was a rare occurrence and I had only been looking after the chickens for a few months. I can now see such fights coming and know how to at least minimize the conflict. It's a feature of keeping lots of roosters; they fight.
I can completely understand people who don't want to deal with this. It's not a lot of fun.
Mostly its avoidable given enough space and the time to referee.
The OP had been unlucky. It happens to us all. He/she will probably make a better job of resolving the issue than I did.

@Wyorp Rock 's idea of a dog kennel is good. Even better if you can get it off the ground.
There is a picture of just such an arrangement in my coop page. You could get away with something more simple in the short term.

coated wire kennel. couple of concrete blocks , mason drill bit, mason bolt, washer.
can mount a roost in one easily and you can cut ocb or plywood and mount them directly on the top and sides of the kennel with bolts and nuts. calk the gaps and make the front removable, keep bottom open.
may want to add a vent but id think with the bottom open you'd be good.

Good idea, but I would prefer to have a solid bottom so birds are not standing on wire. I suppose it a matter of preference though:)

prob get away with cutting some thick acrylic or plastic sheeting. cut into 2 pieces ( to get them into the kennel) fitting side by side on the bottom of the kennel with pine shavings (or other bedding) would make clean up a breeze.

Here we are as a group trying to seperate these birds so they don't hurt each other and I'm in an argument with someone else that sees nothing wrong with cockfighting and wants to do something about the recent ban in Puerto Rico. It amazes me how people are so different and what some people think is just fine..

Not meaning to derail thread but that other argument is bothering me..lol

Apples to Oranges.
You are talking about a different country, culture and breed of chicken than the subject at hand. Most everyone that has a number of roosters keep them housed separately, including those folks from other countries.

I'm not sure where you are from, but it happens by me all the time. They raise roosters for that purpose right down the road from me. One escaped and ended up by me. Puerto Rico is not another country technically. As far as culture, it may be their culture and they bring it here. We are surrounded by it and most people don't even know it.
