Rooster or hen islandic

I picked this islandic up at flea market can anyone tell if it is a rooster or hen. About 3 months old

Not familiar with the breed but at 3 months, color of the comb/wattle development & what looks like saddle & hackle feathering starting = Cockerel Love the coloring
