Rooster or hen?

I’m pretty darn sure this is a rooster, but he/she is not crowing in the mornings. The two buff Orpingtons are not quite laying eggs yet. They are 6 months old, got them as babies the beginning of August. What do you all think? I want to be sure before I have to give him/her away since I’m not zoned for a rooster. Found a perfect home if so.

Definitely pullet. Rounded feathers and a red set of comb and wattles is perfectly normal for a pullet of 6 months.

Positive. It would have male specific feathering at this point if it was male. They are both female. And about to lay soon!
