Rooster or Pullet EE?

We got this Easter Egger at Murdochs as a chick and were assured they were all pullets but this one is taking on a different look. Anyone have an opinion? It's about 8 weeks old. We aren't allowed to have roosters in town. We realize we'll know for sure when it either crows or lays but we've grown attached and don't want to get rid of it! Thank you!
