I have a rooster, hes about a year and a half old, that was involved in a dog attack on November 1st. His entire back was ripped off and i'm surprised yet grateful he is alive. UNFORTUNATELY, today we let him out into the yard for the first time since and he freaked out and ran to hide.

I already checked the area he ran to when the trauma occurred but he's not there, nor is he anywhere visible under the house.

I kept all the porch lights on but 11 acres and a scared rooster don't go well together, is there any possible ways to ease him home?

Probably won't come back till morning, he'll get to missing his ladies & his groceries. Then he'll come home.
