Hi! I've done some research and found that this might just be a case of gluttony for one of my Isa Brown Roosters BUT I am scared it could be something worse and just want to hear from some more experienced keepers.
So yesterday as I was changing water in the coop, I noticed this rooster going to eat at the feeder. As he bent over to eat this clear, slightly jellyish fluid came out of his beak. I wasn't sure what I saw so I figured maybe it was my eyes playing tricks.
Today as he was in the pasture grazing/hunting I found a grasshopper and went to feed him it...he extended his neck and leaned over to take it from me and "wap" this glob came flying out almost hitting my hand. I examined it better in the day light and saw that it had had fine bits of his feed as well as the faint sour odor of it (he eats layer with the hens). Before leaving him, I saw him do it again while bending down to pick something off the ground.
Now this guy is growing fast and seems strong and healthy otherwise. My research has lead me to believe his crop might just be full which causes this to happen and is therefore harmless and normal for a healthy, full rooster. Is this the case or could this be something more serious that I am not seeing/considering? Thank you kindly!

Hello! :frow I have had this happen to me before, I have only seen it though because my chickens drank too much water and too fast (but then still proceeded to drink )

You mentioned an odor? Check his crop, is it full in the mornings? Or is it empty as it should be?

Hi! Now that you mention it, I think he's had a puffed out chest for a few days now. I lined him up with the other rooster and his chest is WAY bigger. I haven't seen any crop problems before so yes, now that I'm looking into it, I think he may have an impacted crop just based on the size of his chest (and the vomiting). Sour crop is supposed to smell super foul so I'll rule that out for now.
I'll see if I can manually empty his crop and fix this impacted crop issue. Thanks!

Do a Google search for "impacted-slow-and-sour-crops-prevention-and-treatment," a good BYC article by TwoCrows, and also for TheChickenChick on crop problems.

A late response I know, I hope he's doing well though! Is he doing pretty good? I just wanted to day the layer feed could cause him kidney problems, the excess calcium builds up in any bird that can't or isn't laying.
