Rooster questions

In my experience, whether you handle your roosters or not doesn’t impact whether they’ll be human aggressive or not. It just impacts how confident they are about being aggressive. Also, if you keep petting/hand feeding a cockerel after he starts to show aggressive behaviors, that could make him worse rather than better.

I have had hens attack new roosters, but unless they’re ganging up on them/making them bleed, they usually sort it out quickly.
Same. Mine usually do a few warning pecks when he tries to be too frisky too fast. Granted I have a pair of hens plucking tufts and feathered legs bald now, but they also were in a stressful house until recently, so I'm giving them some ease on that behavior for a few more days
