Hey there! Welcome to BYC! The red around the eyes looks normal as far as I can see, just some skin showing through, I think. (This is a Brahma hen for comparison, the red around the eyes is completely fine and normal. If that’s what you’re talking about.)

As far as the breathing goes... I think that maybe that big comb is covering his nostrils, and that could be causing the breathing issues? I’m not sure what you could do to help that though.

Also, how old is it? I wouldn’t recommend keeping only one hen and one rooster together.

Hello.thanks for fast reply .yeah i think that red skin around eyes is normal too only because he's so white that it shows a lot i don't know! And yes his comb is so big and heavy for his age which is only 3 month old (my hen same age) that it flopped over to his right eye but i checked his nose i dose not look blocked by his comb .why you don't recommend only one rooster and one hen together ?

I don't recommend a 1:1 ratio because the rooster could over mate the hen. I don't have much experience with roosters, but I think usually having 10 hens and 1 rooster is a good ratio. Though I might have more of a 7:1 ratio with silkies.

Its good that his nostrils don't look blocked. I'm not entirely sure what the issue is then.
