Before you resort to the peepers, tell us what your coop and run is like.
Size, in feet by feet, and pics.

You also might try to remove the aggressive hen for a couple weeks, then reintroduce her.

My run is 14X17 Feet it has 3 trees in it and it has a roof to make sure no predators get the chickens. The coop is 5X10 feet it has 6 nesting boxes. And ill try doing that again, maybe I needed to remove her for a few more weeks.
