My hen has been limping and acting strangely lately. I let her and my rooster and my other hen out to run around and she always runs away from the group under a shed or another building. Today I found her underneath the shed and when I got her out and picked her up, I noticed she was sliced open just under her wing on both sides (she's molting). I also noticed that she hasn't been eating or drinking and when the rooster breeds her he is very rough and excessive and the other hen pecks at her while she's down. I put her in her own little coop and fed and watered her. What should I do about this? I am going to butcher the rooster soon. But is there anything I should do to make sure there isn't infection or anything I should put on the gash?

Treat it pretty much like a human wound.

Clean it, hydrogen peroxide is good for an initial cleanse...
....but only use HP once as it can destroy healthy tissue too.

Then coat lightly with a triple antibiotic ointment
(one with NO 'pain relief' ingredient -caine which are toxic to birds).

No need for bandages or anything else,
just let her rest protected from other birds and any fly activity.

Keep an eye on the wound for an signs of infection,
redness, swelling, etc(just like human wound),
they can heal up pretty good and often fast if things are left clean and dry.

Thank you everyone for the help but I've decided to put her down. Her leg got worse and she could hardly walk and didn't move anymore and she was suffering. I believe she got an infection because I didn't know about it soon enough
