I agree, he would be separated and then put in the pot as soon as he was big enough

Don’t put him in the pot.Separate him and let him mature,and if it continues,then cull him.

It depends on how long you are willing to either keep him separated or put up with his behavior, taking a chance on him injuring one of your girls. If he were mine, he'd be in the pot and I'd be looking for another cockerel. (I have several cockerels right now, waiting to see how they turn out before I decide who goes (into the freezer) and who gets to stay.)
