Hello
I have a 1 1/2 year old Corination roo that doesn't crow. Now, don't get me wrong, cause I'm not complaining! Has anyone else heard of this happening? He is the ONLY rooster in my flock of 30+ hens. I raised him from a chick and thought it was a hen but until the last few months - he even looked like a hen, but now the plumage is beautiful and flowing and there is not doubt that he's jumping the hens. Also - my eggs are getting blood spots. I always thought that that meant that they were fertile, but now I'm reading that a fertile egg has a white dot in it. Can anyone give any concrete advice on this? Would there be a chance that his offspring would be "crow less" too? Thanks PJ
