So Rooster is doing a bit better the lice are mostly gone, I ordered in VetRX, Nutri-drench and Vetercyn for poultry which I can use in his eyes.
His eyes are mostly open now and he can eat and drink on his own mostly and has been outside scratching around in the garden during the days, he's even started running away from us when we try to catch him.
