Why is his foot wrapped?

Oh he cut it doing something He’s being treated for it … vetericyn, blue kote Etc. Its pretty much healed but we’re keeping the bandage on to prevent pecking.

As long as it's colored blue, there shouldn't be any pecking.

Yeah I know, ideally. But it‘s happened before. this is the second time treating the same wound. He reopened it and they pecked. So we’re just taking precautions.

I have 2 roosters that are constantly breeding. I have noticed their beautiful tail feather have suffered damage right after their little romps with a hen their ven is bright red and looks raw to me. ..they are not acting sick just run fir another female.
