Hi,

I am new to all of this, my rooster has become of age and has started to "mate" if thats the right word. Can i still use the eggs as i dont want to hatch them.

See told you i am new!!!!!

Yep, you sure can eat the eggs. I have a roo and 14 hens and eat fertilized eggs most every day.

Just collect your eggs every day and refrigerate and you won't even know the difference.
