Is there anyway you can make a rooster mate a hen I'm willing to do anything.

When he's mature, you won't have to "make" him - nature will take care of that.

What you need to do is wait. give it 2 months, 4 at the outside. He's just a baby now.

That is most likely a factor, too. Not only is he just a baby and not mature enough to breed, when he does reach that stage he's going to have to earn the right. I don't know if he's in with them right now, but if he is I'm guessing he's at the bottom of the pecking order. When he does start to attempt breeding, those older girls are going to teach him some manners, I'm sure.
