YAY! thanks. i can never find true rosecombs online when surfing for them. even a breeder oe two around me is selling rosecombs, but hens are twice size of my roo, and shaped like game hens.. i love game hens, and these were really good priced and beautiful, but bantam rosecombs, not true rosecombs. if i hadnt needed to sell off alot of bigger game stock first, id have bought them though... lol just didnt need the roo as wouldve probably beat up my sweet true rosecomb boy. maybe once i downsize properly.

Here are the"paint rc''(what I will call them for now) f1's and not in feather condition. I am not sure how these will breed, but I going to find out;) They were afraid to the camera and didn't want to pose.

At least in silkies now. Do the f1's have any off coloring (champagne-colored) around the hackle? I know they are having some difficulty with that in the silkies. If they don't breed true, I would try crossing them back to blacks to improve type./work on color
