rot/impact crop?

This one is growing slowly compared to the other which I think is maybe roo with how he acts. It stays full even 6 hours no food. I feel some food parts rest is just air/ water balloon feeling. Crept when she tightens it up then almost like a stress ball. I let her relax it before massaging it again.
